Dog Boarding

For Training and Boarding

Terms and Conditions of Dog Training and Boarding FacilitiesThese terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between A Dog's Odyssey LTD, located at 1033 Davenport Rd. Toronto, Ontario. We and the pet owner utilizing our dog training and boarding services. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
 

1. Services

1.1. Training Services: We offer professional dog training services tailored to your dog's needs. Training methods may include obedience training, and behavior modification

1.2. Boarding Services: We provide secure and comfortable boarding facilities for dogs. Dogs will be cared for according to your specifications.
 

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking: Reservations for training sessions or boarding stays must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

2.2. Payment: Payment for services is at end of lesson for private lesson. 50% payment for boarding is required time of booking. Remaining deposit is due drop-off or pick up of dog (s), unless separate terms and conditions were made. We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, cash, etc.
2.3. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled private lesson. For boarding cancellations must be made 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Health and Vaccinations
3.1. Health Requirements: All dogs must be in good health and free from contagious diseases.

3.2. Vaccinations: Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request. Exceptions with puppies.

4. Liability and Responsibilities
4.1. Liability: While every care will be taken for the safety and well-being of your dog, we are not liable for illness, injury, or death of dogs in our care, unless due to our negligence.
4.2. Emergency Care: In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.

5. Conduct and Training Methods
5.1. Behavioral Issues: We will address behavioral issues based on our professional judgment and experience.
5.2. Training Tools: We may use positive reinforcement methods and appropriate training tools. We will not use harsh or punitive methods.

6. Pickup and Drop-off
6.1. Drop-off/Pickup Times: Clients must adhere to designated drop-off and pickup times. Additional fees may apply for late pickups.

7. Facility Rules and Regulations
7.1. Rules: Clients must comply with facility rules and regulations, including leash policies, waste disposal, and safety guidelines.
 

8. Termination of Services
8.1. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if a dog poses a danger to other dogs or staff, or if the Client fails to comply with these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Toronto, Ontario law.
9.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Toronto, Ontario

 These terms are designed to protect both the seller A Dog's Odyssey LTD.  and the customer.

⸻Terms and Conditions for Dog Food Purchase and Use These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of dog food products sold by A Dog's Odyssey LTD, located at 1033 Davenport Road Toronto, Ontario ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to customers ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By purchasing our Products, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Product Information
1.1. Description: We provide accurate descriptions of our Product.
1.2. Allergen Disclaimer: While we take measures to prevent cross-contamination, our Products may contain allergens. Customers with allergies should exercise caution.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, over the phone, or in person.
2.2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept  credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers and cash.
2.3. Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
3. Delivery and Returns
3.1. Delivery: We aim to deliver Products within 7 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location.
3.2. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
3.3. Returns and Refunds: We accept returns of unopened Products within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned items, minus any applicable restocking fees.


4. Product Use and Safety
4.1. Usage: Follow recommended feeding guidelines provided on the Product packaging or our website.

4.2. Storage: Store Products in a cool, dry place and reseal after each use to maintain freshness.
4.3. Pet Health: Consult with a veterinarian regarding your dog's dietary needs and any concerns about our Products.
 

5. Quality Assurance
5.1. Quality Standards: Our Products meet or exceed industry standards for quality and safety.
5.2. Recall Policy: In the event of a product recall, we will notify affected customers and provide instructions for return or replacement.


6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Disclaimer: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our Products, except where prohibited by law.

 

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
